Process
Our process
Four clear steps from idea to handover.

Step 1: Enquiry
Describe what you would like made, its size and where it will go. Add photos or drawings if you have them.

Step 2: Design and quote
We discuss options, prepare the design and send a quote covering material, finish and delivery.

Step 3: Making
Once you approve, your piece is cut, carved or turned, assembled and finished.

Step 4: Handover
We pack it carefully and deliver or arrange collection, and confirm fitting with you.
Things that help us quote well
The more we know, the more accurate the quote. Helpful details include:
- The size, or the space it needs to fit
- Preferred material and finish: wood, MDF, ACP, HPL, WPC or foam board
- Reference photos, drawings or design files
- When you would like it finished
